On the occasion of the celebration of the World Archives Day and the hundred years since their foundation (1914-2014), the General State Archives open their doors to the public and make a visual exhibition at the 8th of August, m. in the Dafni 61 building in Psychiko.
Thirty artists visited the GAC and were inspired to create new visual scriptures specifically for the exhibition. Pre-arrangement, resolutions, maps, palm trees, letters, industrial records, archive figures, historical figures, archives, photographs, personal archives of artists were the material for the creation of the exhibited projects, where "the largest volume of public archives spanning from the period of the Greek Revolution and the establishment of the Greek state to this day is kept ..."
