The Festival was organized by the Municipality of Agios Efstratios, in cooperation with Portugal's Association "Association Domínio Valedo Mondego", within the framework of the Tandem Europe cultural cooperation program, which aims to strengthen the creative forces of civil society in Europe and in neighboring countries.
Participation of 54 artists from all over the world and 2 university faculties.
